Identify the issues with the firearm by troubleshooting the eight cycles of function.
Provides a way ahead for the customer discussing pricing and parts.
Hourly Rate: $49.99
Rate to complete repairs, including function/safety check. Excludes ammo cost if test fire is required.
Gun Cleaning: $35.00 handgun $45.00 Long gun
May use sonic cleaner depending on firearm. Field Strip Firearm cleaned, lubricated, function and safety checked. (Cleanings do not include removal of cosmoline)
Deep Cleaning: $65.00
Complete disassembly of firearm and all parts cleaned. Firearm reassembled, lubricated, function and safety check. (Cleanings do not include removal of cosmoline or rust removal)
Cosmoline Removal On Rifle: $200.00
Assembly/Disassembly Hourly Rate
General disassembly or assembly based on customer needs.
Broken Screw Extraction: $70.00 for 2 screws
Removal of broken screw. If needed, does not include repair of existing screw hole.
Misc. Parts Install: Hourly Rate
Installation of parts requested by customer.
Drill and Tap: $70.00
Drill & tapping per customer needs. Cost is per hole.
Headspace check: $45.00
Checks proper headspace of the firearm.
Special Order Fee: $25.00
For sourcing unusual parts, plus cost of parts.
Case Extraction/Squib extraction: $50.00
Removal of cases from the chamber, bore scoping if needed.

Rifle
AR Upper/Lower Build: $125.00 upper/$100.00 lower
Includes Loctite and 620 compound. Parts torqued to specifications. Buffer tube staked. Barrel dimpled or drilled for the gas block as required.
AR Tuning: $45.00
Tunes the AR platform to ideally function for competition, duty, or suppressed use. May include gas block adjustments and/or buffer and spring weight changes. Does not include cost of ammunition or parts.
Rifle Scope Install: $75.00
Does not include drill and tapping the action. Scope base, rings, and scope installed and leveled. Screws installed with Loctite and torqued to specifications. Bore sighted at 25 yds.
Sight/Optic/Red dot Install: $45.00
Sights/optic installed and bore sighted at 25 yds.
Rifle Trigger drop-in Install: $45.00
Trigger install onto receiver or action. No modifications required. (any modifications needed will be charged Shop hourly rate) Pull weights adjusted if necessary. Function and safety checks completed.
AR Barrel Install: $45.00
Does not include the removal of existing barrel. Includes 620 compound. Barrel nut torqued to specifications.
Pin and Weld Muzzle Device: $80.00
Does not include removal or existing pin and weld. Muzzle device timed as necessary and pinned and welded to the barrel. Customer provides all part except pin.
Pin and Weld Removal: $40.00
Removed muzzle device may not be reusable. Some instances may require additional cut and re-thread after removal at an additional cost.
Glass Bedding: $150.00
Barreled action bedded into stock. Requires cure time.
Pistol/Shotgun Services
Pistol Sight Install: $35.00-$50.00
Price dependent upon firearm type. Installation of iron sights. Sights are centered to the slide unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Fiber Optic Replacement: $35.00
Replacement of the fiber optic (green or red) within the front sight. May require special ordering depending on the type.
Pistol Slide Milling for Optic: $250.00
Only slide and optic required. Slide is milled for the optic provided. Receipt of optic and slide required upon work order. Slide is Cerakoted after milling. Cerakote is one color choice, without patterns, as selected by the customer. Optic is installed and boresighted at 25 yds.
Pistol Trigger Install: $30.00-$60.00
Price dependent based on firearm type (Glock vs. 1911). Installation of aftermarket trigger. Function and safety checks completed.
Hand Stippling: starting at $150.00 (prices vary by pattern type)
Undercuts/Memory Grooves/ Scalloping: $40.00 each
Revolver/Shotgun Timing: Hourly Rate
Parts worked for proper cylinder alignment to the bore. Times function for shotgun to allow proper cycling function.
Trigger Job: Hourly Rate
Parts polished and re-angled as needed. Spring changed as required. Functions and safety tested. The minimum trigger weight is 3.5lbs unless factory settings allow a lower pull weight without compromise of safety.
Shotgun Loading Port: $100.00
Opens up loading port for semi-auto shotguns to allow for faster reloading techniques.
Cut and Crown Shotgun Barrel: $75.00

Muzzle Threading
1/2”-28tpi Muzzle Threads: $150.00
Requires minimum .500” diameter muzzle for brakes and face mount suppressor mounts. Requires .600” minimum for direct thread suppressors or shoulder mount suppressor mounts. Can only run on calibers .243 (6mm) and smaller. Low pressure cartridges such as 300Blk and 9mm are possible known exceptions.
9/16”-24tpi Muzzle Threads: $150.00
Requires minimum .562” diameter muzzle for brakes and face mount suppressor mounts. Requires .725” minimum for direct thread suppressors or shoulder mount suppressor mounts.
5/8”-24tpi Muzzle Threads: $150.00
Requires minimum .625” diameter muzzle for brakes and face mount suppressor mounts. Requires .725” minimum muzzle diameter for direct thread suppressors and shoulder mount suppressor mounts.
